Marwa, 18, has not been heard from since about 21 October 2026. Marwa Mahamed Abdale is a young woman from Jigjiga, in Ethiopia's Somali Region. Around 21 October her family lost contact with her, and since then they have had no word from her at all. Her mother and family are searching for her every day. Her family believes she may have left to travel abroad. Shortly after she went missing, a relative heard that Marwa had been in Addis Ababa. Nothing has been heard from her since. If you live in or have recently travelled through Addis Ababa or Jigjiga, or along the roads out of Ethiopia, please look at her photo carefully.
