Almaz Yosef, an Ethiopian woman, travelled to Yemen around the year 2000, when she was about thirty years old. Her family lost contact with her after she arrived there, and no confirmed news of her has reached them since. More than twenty-five years later, her family continues to search for her. She would be in her late fifties today. Missing From Ethiopia stands with them. No family searches alone. Anyone who knew Almaz in Yemen, through the Ethiopian community there or in the years since, or who holds any information about her, however small, is respectfully asked to share it through the tip form on this page. Every message reaches her family directly.
If you have seen Almaz Yosef or have any information that could help, please share it with us. Every tip matters.
